I appreciated hearing the Shirkey BS ground zero. I hope you do take your harshest legal actions possible as
- a compensatory action for them purposefully wasting:stealing your time, as
- a “protect the law” action to show them that lying on sworn documents needs punishment when government official (according Learned Hand) should held to an even higher standard of scrutiny where even the perception of wrongdoing should be addressed in a serious manner, and in
- a punitive manner to create material costs across their reputation, financial status and political highlight effort to show these folks as practiced and unashamed abusers of the Law to destroy the rights of others so they are damaged in holding their government jobs.
If you could examine a larger effort for the entire team, I think you might be able to create a larger and more serious material cost to provide higher risk for those doing these type of Lawfare actions because unless we make it dangerous to try, they will try again - probably already in planning stages.
We also need to use the public political “campaigning” approach as well. And if we have no other way to secure the county against this intentional and purposeful election and Lawfare efforts, we certainly need to treat this as the most serious of political campaigns - with no pity for the damage we will cause to their reputations, their cost, and their jobs.
