Following up from my discussion of this case in February, I discuss a preliminary injunction recently granted that enjoins the feds from their Orwellian censorship of social media - a victory for the First Amendment!

This case details how the government believes they have authority writ large to suppress any speech found inconvenient, holding zero qualms about trampling the rights of its own citizens in the process. Thankfully we have some positive news as this federal judge upheld the Constitution
